Seems like it's out of date since I don't have any of these options and also the site is different. I'm clicking SUBMIT on the top of the site and then Add to database. No mentioned options afterwards.

Sorry, I can't help you then. I've only ever submitted 2 games (1 DLC, 1 game) in my time on this site. I really am not sure about the details of the submission process. Maybe someone who submits more often could chime in?

It's here my guy, you have to click 'Edit Details' on the submitted game page.
Edit: I helped you out and submitted the details for the DLC. Just wait until Everdred adds them.

Guys, for real where is it xD
I can't see if the image is working so here is the link https://imgur.com/a/bdkNiD3
edit: OK now I see that "you have to click 'Edit Details' on the submitted game page" is true, but it's only after submission. Could not set up it "during" submitting. Anyway thank You all for help.

How to propose a game cover?
I think this thread's a good demonstration that some of the site's features maybe aren't as obvious as they should be. Maybe a pinned FAQ thread would be a good idea? We've got a pinned message about this exact thing on the discord's site-help channel. Wouldn't it be a good idea for that info to be available on the site itself as well?
Edit: Scrolled up and saw that ThomasE also suggested the exact same thing o7

It's a great idea since not everyone uses Discord.

That was by design so I'm not overwhelmed with submissions. I go through 200+ game edits and 50 brand new games a day.

Site Update:
General
- User statistics have been updated to count unique game/platform combinations. Completing the same game 100 times on the same platform will count as 1 game completion. You can still see your total playthrough counts, etc. on the bottom of the list.
- Top 50 lists have been refreshed, all other profiles will be recalculated on next game action.
Search
- Increased font size on the search box to prevent iOS devices from zooming in. (No idea how this changed again)
Stats
- Category headers will now remain on the top of each category as you scroll through them.

Has there ever been consideration of volunteer game/edit approvers or admins? I'm not sure if the vetting process juice would be worth the squeeze, but I would gladly spend some hours a week on reviewing edits to help this site out. I never realized that all edits were processed by a single valiant staff member and appreciate your service.

I would also really like to help with approvals if there were any way to do so. Sometimes I add super rare games and I think, what will the person approving this think! But I also understand that in some cases it could even be a bit difficult for the admins to let us have that kind of control.

Beyond: Two Souls - Advance Experiments DLC seems to be having an error, where the box art isn't showing properly. I'm pretty sure this has cropped up before with other games. Not sure how many others this is currently happening to.

Feature requests:
1. When you go to a game page, the collection field on the left side should default to the last collection you added that game in, if any. Right now it currently defaults to the last collection you added a game to.
2. If a game is part of multiple collections you've created, the drop-down menu should clearly indicate which collections you've created that it's a part of instead of clicking through each one or using the up and down arrows to cycle through them.

Hello! I want to submit a suggestion if possible. I don't know if this is the rigt place to do so, if not, please, let me know about it! Also, I'm from Spain, so, excuse me if my English is not accurate.
Maybe it is an already available option, but, would it be possible to submit a time/score but schedule it instead of just going public? I use to play non released games since I receive games for reviewing purposes, but we're not supposed to give any score until the embargo time comes, so... it would be nice if we could do something like that. I know it is as easy as just waiting for the time to come to manually submit it, but sometimes we finish games like two weeks before the release date and we tend to forget about them since we've moved to something else, haha.
Thank you for considering my request! Sorry for any inconvenience.
Keep playing!

I think an option to select the day an entry was added as the "Start Date" would be very useful. I've logged tons of games prior to the "Start Date" implementation and it would be a lot easier to update them with a single-click.
