Completion: INSIDE

General Thoughts
It was an interesting game, I liked it's art style and atmosphere, but yeah that's it, I don't really have much strong opinion on it, it was a fine game with passion behind it, I enjoyed it, I didn't really piece any lore/story puzzle the way the game presented me, from what I understood, it was just us probably trying to escape some kind of laboratory, then we somehow can breathe underwater after touching that one creature ( I kinda forgot what happened there), and then the usual puzzle solving continues until we get inside a giant mass of meat and start wrecking stuff, get trapped but escape and then we die at the seashore???, the game just abruptly ends https://files.catbox.moe/yhetsz.png

It took me an embarrassingly long days to finish this game tho:

Recommended: Yeah, if you want a short puzzle game, this is good

I share some of the same thoughts about Inside, it's an interesting game, I just didn't enjoy the puzzles and gameplay too much. I'm sure there's some bigger meaning to the story, I'm not very good at analyzing that kind of stuff though. Also it's cool to see someone took a bit of inspiration from my blog, no worries about using any formatting ideas or anything :)

Hey, hey! Welcome to the blog club. I'm quite interested to hear about your thoughts on Final Fantasy X! I'm considering doing a Final Fantasy marathon, and X is one that I'm most excited for. Not really sure why, just looks cool. I also find your thoughts on inside to be really interesting. I hear so many people rave about it, but I've never played it. Just doesn't interest me too much, I guess.

Completion: Higurashi When They Cry - Chapter 6: Tsumihoroboshi

General Thoughts
This chapter focused more on Rena, I really liked how the game handled the themes of divorce, trauma and conspiracy here, The writing is solid here, the game also does a very good job of showing how people can believe outlandish stuff and how assumption turns into facts in someone heads without any proof, This chapter also revealed that Rika has two personalities and has memories from previous world, it seems that we are in a time loop and Rika has gone through same tragedy over and over again in the hopes of the tragedy being resolved in someday, let's see where this goes, I also really liked how it was revealed that it was Keiichi who was insane in the Chapter 1 and how he started seing everything that was occuring to him as evil and how he hallucinates the needle and syring because of how strongly he believed such things, and how he used his delusion of first chapter to what Rena is going through right now, I wonder tho, what is the cause of THE Great Hinamizawa Disaster tho, was Rena actually right in her suspicions?, is that a natural disaster that was bound to happen?, what is the maggot disease anyway?, I am so excited to see where the next chapter goes, Holy shit my general thoughts are full of spoilers but I couldn't find a proper way to express my thoughts without talking about what happened in the story lol, A lot of things were answered in this chapter but many remains unanswered, really interested in next chapters

Edit: One thing that didn't sit right with me is how everyone was quick to forgive Rena at the end for risking entire classroom's life

Review
This was a great chapter, Rena is greatly fleshed out in this chapter and we get to understand what was her circumstances and how she reacts to certain situations, Keiichi also has a nice character development here, other characters are cool too, I really enjoyed it, I fully recommend you to go to this series as blind as possible from Chapter 1, don't forget to install 07th mod tho

It's been more than 2 months since I played the game, I was 13 hours in and I don't really remember much, I will play it one day I swear but right now I am not feeling it.

You can always watch a cutscenes movie or a playthrough of it. The only people who really praise RDR2's gameplay are super hardcore Rockstar fanboys or people who really value immersion in games. It was pretty much the game that exposed Rockstar's open world mission design as rigid and borderline on rails.

I do like the story or at least the parts I remember from it but I am not even sure how much of my enjoyment of the game came from how intense and riveting the act of playing it was.

You can always watch a cutscenes movie or a playthrough of it. The only people who really praise RDR2's gameplay are super hardcore Rockstar fanboys or people who really value immersion in games. It was pretty much the game that exposed Rockstar's open world mission design as rigid and borderline on rails.

It is a long game even if you beline it to every main story quest so it really depends how into that said story you are and how much you are willing to put with the gameplay shortcomings. It took me about seemingly 60 hours. Playing the game during lockdown, being confused and even semi depressed probably played a big role in why I finished it. My game collection might've been shorter back then and I also wanted a long game to play since I found Death Stranding extremely boring.

General Thoughts
So a lot of the answers to the mysteries were given, I personally found the first half boring and repetitive, in the second half, it was revealed that it was Takano who actually killed Tomitake and she is still alive, I was right in my suspicions lol, and then it's revealed that it's all the work of a right wing group to Kill Rika, and it was Takano and mountain dogs who demoned away people, I don't really get what do they get from killing Rika though other than making Takano's fantasy come true, I get that they were trying to cut budget of the research but how did Takano get so many people on her side to do such insane thing?, I might have forgotten something because aL LOT was explained, I know they killed Rika too have excuse to exterminate the entire village, but what do they get out from this other than Takano feeling like god, why are so many mountain dogs cooperating with her for such insane reasons, wasn't their goal to just cut funding, why couldn't they just do that, what could Irie even do about it, I think nothing, btw I might have forgotten when the game explained exactly why so many members of Mountain Dogs were with Takano for killing Rika chan, I was very sleepy when Rika-chan was lore dumping all the stuff to her friends

Retired: Hitman: World of Assassination

It's a pretty good game, but playing it made me feel very dizzy and made my eyes heavier, I felt nausetic and I don't think I should continue playing this. Also there is no FOV Slider built in as well.

Motion sickness sucks man I just played 32 mins of Portal and felt sick and dizzy for more than an hour, I hate it so much, my FOV slider is cranked up to max but I still can't fix my issue, I have now finally become normal after having dinner otherwise I was very very sick before eating even though I wasn't that hungry. Does anybody who also suffers from motion sickness has any suggestion for me, lately I am dropping games left and right due to motion sickness even though I like the game, I guess I am gonna retire portal too even if I don't want to because playing it makes me feel miserable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's weird tho all games which makes me feel motion sickness are 3D games but not all 3D games make me feel motion sickness like I can play Yakuza 0 just fine, I wonder why's that

General Thoughts
It was a fine puzzle game, not much to say about it, I enjoyed my time with it

General Thoughts
In my personal opinion, Higurashi is a mystery Visual novel series with excellent mystery but with some unsatisfying answers to those mysteries and a decent ending

Spoiler Review
Finally the good ending the cast deserved, I found the ending a bit cliche especially where Rika stops the bullet when time is stopped out of nowhere (like why the hell even Hanyuu go to Takano in the first place, it just felt like artifical tension created just for the sake of it, I personally would have been quite satisfied if Takano blew her brains out to be honest) and Takano being sympathized and forgiven, in my opinion it was a fine ending to the game but my dissatisfaction of knowing that all the mysterious thing in the story were caused by Hinamizawa Syndrome and hallucinations still remains, like I get the reason and it's understandable but I still find the explanation unsatisfying, It was unknown but I hope that Takano and the Mountain Dogs got the punishment they deserve for planning such mass massacre and I don't really get why the government would have ordered the mass massacre of the village on other timelines in the first place, since it was obvious that the villagers going insane after 48 hours of death of "queen carrier" was not proved ever since it was first told in Chapter 7 and I think that they would have at least tested and put the village in strict curfew instead of just mass murdering everyone that just felt too unrealistic, and honestly breaks the explanation of the mystery for me
