Google cache for the forum is up to Mar 28.

I was wondering what was going on. I figured I got banned for that turnip reference I made awhile back. Or for my staunch defense of Final Fantasy XII (which was conveniently wiped out... 😜).

Anyway, I'm glad this place is back up and running!

Aw man. I’m just totally devastated that this exploit deleted my gaming blog in which Final Fantasy 2 maybe won the poll, but since that doesn’t exist in this timeline anymore, I just guess I’ll have to start a new thread with a new poll, and have you all vote again as to what I should play

@Everdred is it possible and/or worth restoring these posts from the cache, maybe with a lebel or some signifier to show it has been restored after the fact?

Idea! Everdred undoes his fix temporarily while Sora recovers the lost posts and uses the exploit to post on our behalf for maximum authenticity.

It's too much manual work for how much time I have. Plus, I just noticed we've already lost some of it because cached versions are already updating.

EDIT: Well it tried... I've manually added all the ones I could find cached.

I don't know, I don't think he did it just to see us suffer. It was still wrong to do it, but I didn't get the impression it was done with malice. I think it was done as a test, out of curiosity, without regard for the consequences.

Would I like to see the person responsible imprisoned for life? Absolutely. But I don't think it was out of malice.
