+ Polished remastered graphics.+ Beautiful female character design.
+ Great optimization; stable framerate (144Hz monitor) on max graphics settings on GTX 1070 with zero framerate drops and no screen tearing.
+ Responsive and satisfying controls.
+ Enjoyable point and click adventure gameplay with plenty of funny interactions with the environment and characters.
+ Sam's Toys of Power provide interesting mechanics to engage with puzzles.
+ Hilarious and enjoyable story with plenty of meta humour.
+ Unimportant objects provide witty flavour text when examined or interacted with.
+ Entertaining and well-written dialogue.
+ Eccentric and memorable characters.
+ Excellent sound mixing; character voices are loud and clear.
+ Incredible English voice acting.
- Lack of direction and properly defined objectives, no clear indication of where to go or what to do to progress.
- Extremely obtuse and frustrating puzzles; the game is impossible to complete without a walkthrough.
- Hint system is useless and unhelpful.
- Too much backtracking.
- Watched scenes cannot be skipped.

Improved upon everything the original had to offer. Graphics are smoothed out and the game now lacks awkward cutscenes and typos. Everything a diehard fan could ask for, and sets a standard for newer fans to enjoy thoroughly.Updated 1 Year Ago

Best Sam and Max Telltale game in the series. Amazing sound and art design, and a crazy yet lovable cast of characters and story. The visuals are certainly dated, and the game itself features an amazing amount of typos, bugs and graphical errors that you may or may not encounter. Overall, though, an amazing game that I find myself replaying often.Updated 1 Year Ago

not at all what i really expected or wanted out of a sam and max game honestly. too lovecraftian horror-y and not as much fun wacky haha times-y. It seemed like the plot was trying to take itself more seriously than usual with this series, and that's not very fun I guess.Updated 3.5 Years Ago

This is certainly the best of the three seasons. The new characters introduced are some of the best written/designed in the series and the gameplay mechanics involving the toys are a fantastic new addition. The visuals show marked improvement as well. The story also feels more naturally paced than in previous seasons with the stakes being higher than ever. And most of all, there's a present emotional anchor as a driving force. This is an excellent game series, and this season is the cream of the crop.Updated 12 Years Ago
