I agree with another review posted here in this site. The idea is good, but victories/losses seem random, especially against the CPU.Updated 4 Years Ago

This game is very intuitive, and because of the unique game play, I find it fun. Unfortunately, since the game's story mode is so lackluster, I can't even take it completely serious anymore. There are six characters to choose from, even though there are over 10 in the game, and the story practically consists of beating them while following the honourable code of Bushido. This pretty much means you can't stab them in the back, attack them while they're down, or move a single inch before they finish gloating. Each enemy must be beaten that fashion, or the story mode ends abruptly, forcing you to play for ten whole minutes to get back to where you began. If the game were longer, I could definitely feel an emotional attachment to the characters, and their internal struggles against murder and honor but the story ends within ten or so very quick battles, and that won't even give me the time to understand why this character is doing all this fighting.
It's a well thought out game, but it sold itself as something that could get by without a completely developed story, and I don't like that much in a game.
